30 May 2008 | Smilde Bakery sold the production and sales activities of the cheese biscuits to Euro Pâtisserie.

The assortment of cheese biscuits, with brands as Les Amis du Vin, Zest and private label, is currently produced in Mijdrecht. As from July 1st 2008 the production of this assortment is taken over by Doorn Bakkerijen in Spijkenisse, a daughter company of Euro Pâtisserie.

To Pruve Valued Customers:

We are excited to announce on April 7, 2008, Smilde Bakery and in2food reached an exclusive U.S. Distribution Agreement. As of June 7, 2008, in2food will be the official and exclusive importer of all Pruvé branded products for the U.S. market.
